Well I'm trying to get back into the card challenges and man, you'd never tell by the final product but it took me an hour to finish this card!! I kept humming and haaing about what I wanted to do. And let me tell you, it's really frustrating when all I've got is a Coluzzle to cut circles with. I really need to get something to cut circles and scalloped circles of various sizes. I'm debating on the SU glass circle cutter or investing in some Nestabilities. And I think I need to invest in some Nestabilities for the scalloped circles because I scalloped that circle by hand with a corner rounder! Any suggestions on what you like/have?? Anyways I've combined this week's Mojo Monday and SPCC color challenge. Off to walk the dog now!

It only took you an hour, wow most my cards take a lot longer than an hour, lol. I think you need to get nestabilities, I love mine. Great job cutting out the scalloped circle, your card turned out beautifully.

I think this card is really pretty!! I honestly would never have guessed that you used a corner punch to make the scallop on that circle - WOW! And just to add my two cents in too lol... I always wanted the nesties, but I ended up buying a Cricut because a lot of their cartridges have scalloped shapes on it and you can cut them at any size you want... pretty helpful for me! :)

Lovely card - love the background strip. I use different size Marvy scallop punches. I also love nesties but the punches are less effort to take out and set up!
This card is cute! Thanks for playing along with SPCC.

Super cute card! You'd never be able to tell that you used a corner rounder! I have nestibilites and they are great! I'm also a big fan of punches- their just so easy. :)
Great card!
Super pretty card! Thank you for playing along at SPCC!

Absolutely gorgeous card. Love the embossing.
I can't believe you did the scallop by hand - it looks awesome!! I asked Santa for some Nestibilities, hopefully there will be some under the Christmas tree on Friday LOL
